About Dr. Sreenish S R
An expert in Accounting and Finance with a deep passion in teaching all facets related to finance which includes practice and application of the fundamentals into corporate. Dr.Sreenish S R has more than 15 years of experience in industry and academia. He holds a PhD in Management from Pondicherry University. He possesses bachelor degree in Commerce and Matters in Business Administration from MG University. He is a certified Microsoft Excel Specialist and certified in IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard) IAAP from UK. He has attended Management Development Program in Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai on sales and client management skills. Dr.Sreenish S R began his academic career in the area of finance in Naipunnya Institute of Management and Information Technology, Thrissur in 2009. He has worked as Assistant professor across a number of reputed B-schools. He also served as visiting faculty in various B-schools in Kerala. He has presented research papers in various national and international conferences and published several articles in refereed/indexed national and international journals. His area of interest include accounting, costing, capital market, equity valuation and financial derivatives. During his tenure in Geojit as Senior Manager, Stock research analyst, his roles were Economic, Industry and Company Analysis, work on financial models and Bloomberg Terminal for ensuring correct and up-to-date information for preparing research reports, company valuations, review business and trade publications, annual reports, responsible for writing research reports as well as communicating recommendations to the marketing team.
