Our B-School is promoted by the Federal Bank Officers’ Association Education Society (FBOAES) and was started in the year 2006 under the umbrella of Federal Institute of Science and Technology (FISAT) which is our parent institution. FBOAES is a non-profit organisation in the truest sense whose aim is to provide quality higher education in the spheres of engineering, technology and management ‘focussing on excellence’. The FBOAES is an initiative of the Federal Bank Officers`Association (FBOA), the sole representative body of the entire officers of the Federal Bank. Thereby FBS has a strong corporate linkage being promoted by an association having connections with the industries, which is one of the uniqueness of FBS. At FBS we believe in grooming our students to be managers of tomorrow, with this in mind we not only impart latest in management education, but also our co-curricular and extracurricular activities aim at improving their overall personality and outlook. In addition to regular syllabus by the university our curriculums is enriched by competency developing training programs and add-on courses to make the students industry ready. We also provide students opportunities to immerse themselves in real corporate experience by providing them with meaningful internships, project works and corporate interaction with highly successful management professionals. We believe in imparting a global and multi-cultural outlook to our students by giving opportunities for them to interact with international professionals and taking them for visits abroad helps in building their world vision.
